Atelier Paul Morel presents Bar Nights — an evolving series of gatherings that bring people together around drinks, food, music and connection. Rooted in hospitality with soul and designed to awaken all the senses, Bar Nights is more than an event — it’s a feeling, a flow, a moment held in time.

These are our signature nights — casual yet curated gatherings where the bar comes alive with music, cocktails, comfort food and connection. Think of it as a soulful night out with friends, where the energy flows, the plates are generous and the drinks tell a story. Each edition is seasonal, relaxed, and open-hearted — a celebration of community and taste.

Sakaba

SAKABA moves on a different frequency than Bar Nights. Where Bar Nights follow a rhythm, a menu and a structure, SAKABA lets go of that format. There is no fixed sequence and no guided experience. It is simply a night out — drinks flowing, music building, and the atmosphere evolving naturally as the evening unfolds.

Hidden behind closed doors, the space transforms into a late-night sakaba: low light, music, energy and people staying for the evening. Everything is served à la carte. Guests choose their own pace and follow the moment.
