| Bombay Sapphire Gin | 200 ml |
| Lemon Verbena | 4 gr |
| Marigold leaves | 2 gr |
| Amalfi lemon zest | 3 gr |
| Lime leaf | 1 piece |
Wash the fresh herbs and Amalfi lemon before usage
Remove the zest from the Amalfi lemon with a citrus peeler
Combine all ingredients and infuse for 4 hours in the fridge
Fine strain through a fine sieve and store cold

| Bombay Sapphire Infused Gin | 50 ml |
| Fever Tree tonic | 100 ml |
| Fresh Amalfi lemon juice | 5 ml |
Press the Amalfi lemon juice and fine strain through a sieve
Build the ingredients over ice cubes in a long drink glass
Stir gently in the glass to combine the gin with the tonic
Decorate with Amalfi lemon zest & seasonal herbs
