Bombay GIN & TONIC

Seasonal flowers and herbs

This recipe serves 4 cocktails

Bombay  Sapphire Gin 200 ml
Lemon Verbena 4 gr
Marigold leaves 2 gr
Amalfi lemon zest 3 gr
Lime leaf 1 piece
  •  Wash the fresh herbs and Amalfi lemon before usage

  • Remove the zest from the Amalfi lemon with a citrus peeler

  •  Combine all ingredients and infuse for 4 hours in the fridge

  •  Fine strain through a fine sieve and store cold

 Perfect Serve

Bombay  Sapphire Infused Gin 50 ml
Fever Tree tonic 100 ml
Fresh Amalfi lemon juice 5 ml
  • Press the Amalfi lemon juice and fine strain through a sieve

  • Build the ingredients over ice cubes in a long drink glass

  • Stir gently in the glass to combine the gin with the tonic

  • Decorate with Amalfi lemon zest & seasonal herbs
