Press the fresh lime juice and fine strain through a fine sieve before usage
Build the ingredients over ice cubes in a long drink
Stir gently in the glass to combine the Botan with the Tonic
Decorate with lime zest, Greek basil, and Arbequina olive oil

Fine strain the cocktail directly in the tumbler glass over ice

Combine all the ingredients and vacuum infuse for 10 hours
Strain through a fine sieve and store cold
Pour per serve 150 ml Botan iced tea in a longdrink with ice cubes
Decorate with Amalfi Lemon zest and fresh verbena leaves
