Join us on July 12 & 13 and August 23 & 24 at 3PM for a hands-on, family-friendly workshop that dives into the truth about sugar, the alchemy of seasonal plants and the creation of your own healthy, herbal cordials.
In Sweet Roots, we rediscover sugar not as an enemy, but as a powerful element to be respected, understood, and transformed.
This workshop blends science and tradition, guiding you through:
The effects of sugar on mood, metabolism, and long-term health
Natural alternatives (honey, monk fruit, coconut sugar, and more)
Herbal allies that support sugar regulation and inner balance
The craft of seasonal cordials: healing syrups to mix with water, tea, or juices
We’ll move from knowledge to embodiment in a hands-on session where you’ll create your own cordial from fresh summer herbs and flowers — guided by sensory exploration, intuition and plant wisdom.
